The puraFX45 ultra-filtration water filter removes bacteria, hazardous chemicals and micro-plastics more than 0.5 micron from drinking water, making it ideal for commercial and hospitality use where high capacity, ultra-filtration is required. Aside from purification, puraFX45 water filters keep trace minerals in the water throughout the filtration process and don’t strip the water of the minerals your body needs.

Why do I need a water filter for my dispenser or cooler?
A water filter improves taste, removes impurities, and protects your cooler from limescale. Whether you're using mains-fed or bottled coolers, filtration ensures your water is clean, fresh, and free from chlorine, sediment, and unwanted odours - perfect for healthy hydration at home or in the workplace.
How often should I replace my water cooler filter?
Most water filters should be replaced every 6 to 12 months, depending on usage and water quality. At Thirsty Work, we handle that for you — our engineers replace your filters during scheduled service visits as part of your rental or maintenance plan.
How do water filters for coolers work?
Our filtration systems use advanced carbon or ceramic technology to remove impurities from the water supply. These filters capture chlorine, heavy metals, and organic contaminants while preserving essential minerals - delivering better-tasting, safer water with every cup.
