How often do you service my machine?
A Thirsty Work engineer will arrive to service your machine every 6 months.
Do I need to book a service, and what does it cost?
An engineer will automatically arrive to carry out servicing on your machine. Routine 6 monthly servicing is included with your monthly fee.
Where can a mains fed water cooler be installed?
When you choose a mains fed counter-top water cooler the machine will need to be installed on a counter where there is easy access to a mains water source. A water cooler will fit into a convenient space in your workplace, to suit every environment, from small home offices to large catering and hospitality venues.
Your mains fed water cooler can easily be plumbed in and installed by our qualified engineers up to 13m away from your mains water supply. While not as portable as a bottled water cooler, you're not limited to a kitchen installation so you can still install a mains fed cooler in plenty of convenient locations.
We very much look forward to installing your new equipment, but before we do it is important that you are aware of the basic requirements we will need for connection on the day.
This will be:
• a mains water supply
• a 240-volt electric socket
• and should you have chosen the sparkling option, a canister of CO2 gas.
CO2 gas buying for your business:
Unfortunately, Thirsty Work are not licensed to supply gas bottles for your Pura unit.
You may already stock a supply if you have draft beer or soft drinks on the premises and if not, there will be various local suppliers in your area that can supply this. BOC are a national company that can cater for your CO2 requirements.
The gas you require is Food Grade CO2, this is commonly known as Suregas and is available in multiple sizes. We recommend sizes SB or E as these can fit under your worktop,
or B if storage size is not an issue.
Should you experience any problems creating an account online with BOC please call them on 0800 11 13 33, option 2 and they will be happy to help you.
By having CO2 ready on-site for the day of your installation it will mean that you will be able to dispense cool, filtered, sparkling water without delay.
Included as part of our water cooler servicing & water cooler maintenance package, our team of WHA qualified engineers will ensure your water dispenser is maintained to the highest standard with our superior sanitisation and filter change programme. Our water cooler filters are suitable for use with our mains fed water coolers.
Please contact us for more information and a member of our expert friendly team will call you back to discuss your drinking water requirements.
Keep your workforce hydrated and increase productivity. We will call you straight back, during working hours.
