Intelligent eco-friendly technology, energy-efficiency and powerful performance make it one of our most popular mains fed water dispensers.

This model has been designed and manufactured in the UK, giving greater quality assurance and ensuring a more sustainable product. The tall 290mm dispense height is perfect for filling jugs and bottles, and the eco-mode can save up to 60% of energy over a 24 hour period.
Hygiene is assured and the 50L p\h output means that the e4 is perfect for serving a high volume of users with chilled, sparkling or hot water whenever they need it. We also offer an Optional Hands-free Dispensing with Sensorbeam® Cabinet, an innovative, illuminated floorstanding base with projection touchless dispense, which eliminates the risk of spreading bacteria on touch-panels by adding foot control to your E4 cooler. The E4 is also available as a free-standing model.

How often do you service my machine?
A Thirsty Work engineer will arrive to service your machine every 6 months.
Do I need to book a service, and what does it cost?
An engineer will automatically arrive to carry out servicing on your machine. Routine 6 monthly servicing is included with your monthly fee.
Where can a mains fed water cooler be installed?
When you choose a mains fed water cooler the machine will need to be installed where there is easy access to a mains water source. A water cooler will fit into a convenient space in your workplace, to suit every environment, from small home offices to large catering and hospitality venues.
Your mains fed water cooler can easily be plumbed in and installed by our qualified engineers up to 13m away from your mains water supply. While not as portable as a bottled water cooler, you're not limited to a kitchen installation so you can still install a mains fed cooler in plenty of convenient locations.

Our CO2 canisters are the perfect accessory for our E4 sparkling water coolers, providing you with the highest quality of sparkling water. Please ask for the sparkling water option when placing your watercooler order. CO2 canisters are available in the following two sizes:
- 600g, providing 400 cups of sparkling water.
- 1200g, providing 800 cups of sparkling water
