CO2 Sparkling Water Canisters

Keep Your E4 or E6 Water Cooler Sparkling!

If your drinks are not sparkling as usual check the contents regulator located above your sparkling canister. If the dial is in the red and nearing zero then your gas bottle needs to be replaced.

How to replace your CO2 canister

Removing the empty canister - No tools required:

Unscrew your empty bottle from the gas regulator in a clockwise motion. You may hear a short blast of air from any remaining stored gas but continue turning, the cylinder is self sealing so this will stop once it’s been fully removed. Dispose of your empty cylinder with steel recycling. 

Attaching the new canister:

1 - Remove the dust cap from the top of the new gas canister. 

2 - Screw the gas regulator in an anti-clockwise motion onto the thread of the canister. As it tightens you might hear a short hiss of gas as the seal is made.  Now that the bottle is attached to the regulator the contents gauge should read approximately 50 – 100 bar.  

3 - The pressure gauge should be set to 3 ½ bar. If it is not reading this already, you can adjust the pressure adjuster at the top of the regulator, which is marked +/-. Ensure the pressure doesn’t exceed 5 bar. 

4 - You are now ready to dispense sparking water.  
At first your water may appear flat, so you may need to keep dispensing water until it begins to sparkle. Leave the system to chill for 20 minutes to achieve optimal temperature and the fizz back in your drink. Enjoy!
