Join Our Sales Team
There's many opportunities to start a career with our sales teams, working from our offices, or field sales across the south of England. Roles include:
- Field Sales
- Sales Advisor
- Telesales Advisor
- Appointment/Lead Generator
These roles might involve:
- Incoming and outgoing communication with customers
- Upgrading existing customers
- Handling inbound enquiries
- Booking trials and appointments for new customers
- Advising customers on cost effective solutions
- Consultative handling of enquiries
Plus other duties which are in line with the responsibilities of these roles.
Join Our Office Team
There's many opportunities to start a career with our office and administration team at our head office - located in Exeter. Roles include:
- Customer Service Advisor
- Accounts and Credit Control
- Administrator
These roles might involve:
- Incoming and outgoing communication with customers
- Working with our credit control team
- Linking all departments in the business to ensure we deliver excellent customer service
- Dealing with written and verbal account queries
- Assisting with the development of all internal systems

Join Our Warehouse Team
With busy warehouses in Cornwall, Plymouth, Exeter, Swindon and Hemel Hempstead there's various opportunities to join our warehouse team. Roles and responsibilities include:
- In house servicing of water coolers
- Occasional van deliveries
- Maintenance of all stock/equipment
- Stock control
- Forklift work (training can be provided)

Join Our Distribution Team
Our drivers deliver water right across the south of England and Wales on a daily basis - there's always various opportunities to join our distribution team. Roles and responsibilities include:
- Van driving to a high standard
- Installing water coolers
- Delivering Thirsty Work water and cups to customers local to your depot
- Servicing of all units
- Installing and recommending free trials/new products to customers

Join Our Team Of Engineers
Our engineers are available to carry out water cooler servicing and repairs right across the south of England and Wales. Full training is provided. Roles and responsibilities include:
- Van driving to a high standard
- Installation of mains fed water coolers, hot water boilers and taps all across the country
- Servicing of all units
- Delivering Thirsty Work water and cups to customers
